CAR ASSESSMENT

Is driving triggering your neck pain?

If your set up is not personalised to you it could be aggravating your neck, shoulder, or lower back pain.

P+R Physiotherapy would include a car assessment to provide guidance on small adjustments that can make a big difference.


HEAT OR ICE?

For neck tension and restriction on movement a heat pack can be a helpful way to temporarily ease pain. Use this as a tool to regain some movement, as movement is key to recovery!

UPPER BODY MOBILITY

Pain in the neck may be linked to restriction or tension around the upper back and shoulders.

P+R Physiotherapy will include postural assessment and provide simple guidance and exercises to assist.


Gentle Yoga

This is a great yoga sequence created by the wonderful Jade Cole - Yoga’na Flow. It might give you a few ideas of how to move a little in your car seat (passenger) or provide an excellent stretch when you take a break.
